Mitch (or “Bluey” to some) grew up in Port Macquarie and completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle. He began his career at Port Macquarie Base Hospital before joining Wauchope Physiotherapy in 2017, where he’s now co-owner. Mitch has a special interest in foot and ankle injuries, particularly Achilles tendinopathy and post-surgical recovery, as well as chronic back and neck pain, sports injuries, and vestibular disorders such as BPPV and vertigo. He combines hands-on treatment with targeted exercise and movement-based rehab, helping patients understand their condition and build confidence in recovery.
