Grace is an experienced practitioner who treats the whole body holistically, finding the driver or root of the injury, rather than just treating the symptoms. Grace also specialises in issues involving the rib cage (using the Thoracic Rings approach), headaches and TMJ (jaw injuries), as well as hip and pelvic pain (both pre and post-natal).
Grace combines hands on therapy (massage, dry needling and muscle energy techniques) with exercises to rebuild optimal movement patterns. She aims to empower her patients with the tools they need to move with ease.
