Melissa graduated with honours from Melbourne University in 2008 and has since been a dedicated private practice physiotherapist. She has a strong background in sports injury management including working with the VAFA and many local sporting teams. She has personal experience in netball, squash, gymnastics and softball. Melissa has undergone additional training in the areas of lower limb biomechanics, chronic neck pain and headache; strength and conditioning; shoulder pain and Clinical Pilates. She is currently the Pilates Managers at Symmetry Taylors Lakes. She is also qualified to perform dry needling. Melissa has completed training in Occupational Physiotherapy, improving the quality of care to her TAC and WorkCover clients. Melissa has been a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association since 2006, and considers it a priority to remain up to date with the latest evidence based research for injury management. Melissa is also part of our team at Pelvic Health Melbourne.
