Jess completed her degree with Honours at The University of Melbourne, and has recently pursued her interest in Women's Health by completing post graduate studies in pelvic floor rehabilitation at The University of Melbourne. This enables her to assess and treat any dysfunction of the pelvic floor.
Jess has a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions of pregnancy, however she does enjoy treating a broad range of clientele and is passionate about helping people of all ages achieve their optimal physical health and well-being. Her clinical approach utilizes the most recent clinical evidence and traditional Physiotherapy along with clinical Pilates, dry needling, exercise therapy, and education to treat, manage and prevent the re-occurrence of injuries.
