Women’s health is Alex’s passion in life, in clinical practice and research. In July 2021 she was accepted as a PhD candidate in this field. Alex has done additional training in women’s pelvic health and post-partum corrective exercise and is especially interested in helping women with their post-partum recovery. Whether a client is weeks or many years post-birth, Alex knows there is help available to get them feeling great in their body and recover from incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, rectus diastasis (abdominal separation), back pain or anything else that is interfering with them living their best life.
