Jennie is a Senior Physiotherapist at Pain Options. As well as assessment and management of individual clients, she provides the OPT-IN Program. This program assists people with persistent pain to improve their function and quality of life through individually tailored exercise and education. Participants learn how to safely increase their activity levels to more fully participate in work, family and recreation.
