When she was watching the Australian Open at just 10 years old, Renee saw a player being assisted by someone. She asked her Dad who that was person was and what they did. Her passion for physiotherapy started then and there, and the rest they say, is history!
After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Notre Dame in 2015, Renee has worked extensively in private practice physiotherapy.
“I love being able to educate clients in the simplest of ways. [As physiotherapists], the knowledge we have is more than we realise. To educate clients to understand their condition or lifestyle and to empower them to choose better options, or change their lifestyle to help themselves is really powerful – and the favourite part of my job.”
Renee has completed further clinical training in dry needling, Clinical Pilates, tendinopathies and lumbar spine conditions, and is currently pursing further study into women’s health physiotherapy
