I am an APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with twenty years experience, having studied for my Bachelors degree at the University of East London and my Masters degree at the University of Sydney, graduating from Sydney in 2000. I have extensive experience of working in the private sector and I specialise in treating low back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain and neck pain, incorporating manual therapy (deep tissue massage, mobilisation and manipulation) with scientifically proven exercise techniques for improving muscle strength, length and stability. I have also worked extensively with musicians from the Brandenburg Orchestra and for a number of running and athletics/triathlon clubs in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. I have extensive contacts in my profession and I have worked successfully with many of Sydney's best known Orthopaedic surgeons. I use Pilates reformers in my exercise programmes and I am qualified in massage form the London College of Massage.
