Naomi graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1996 and has 19 years' experience working as a Physiotherapist in both Australia and the United Kingdom. She has a very strong interest in treating all sports injuries, especially those relating to running.
Having completed her Pilates certification with APPI and additional training with Polestar, Stott and DMA Clinical Pilates, she has now worked for over ten years as a Pilates practitioner, combining her skills as a Physiotherapist with core training and rehabilitation at her clinic, Flex Sports Physiotherapy & Clinical Pilates.
Naomi is a mid to long distance runner, has achieved state and national team selection for track and cross country and now competes in road races and mid distance fun runs. She has completed the Dublin marathon, Bristol half marathon and several other half marathons locally, as well as the City to Surf seven times.
