Sarah has been a practicing Physiotherapist for over 25 years and a Pilates practitioner for over 20. Always striving to be at the forefront of injury rehabilitation, management and recovery she has added the discipline of Anatomy Trains Structural Integration to her repertoire.
Additionally and with specific attention to injury prevention, Sarah is also an accredited Black roll trainer, and holds regular courses to enhance flexibility, regain joint alignment and focus on injury prevention.
As an athlete, Sarah understands the impact that injuries have on day to day living and performance. With years of experience she has crafted a unique method of incorporating Pilates and functional movement into her treatment methods.
