I started my working life as a biochemist, working in research at Melbourne Uni, then decided on a career change to podiatry in 1991. I started Vermont South Podiatry in 1998, having identified a need for podiatry services in the area. I have enjoyed treating a wide variety of patients from young to elderly and have developed an interest in treating diabetics, particularly those who develop ulcers and are identified as 'high risk'. My practice has expanded over the years so I have welcomed other podiatrists on board, who have brought additional skills and experience to the clinic.
