I have been a Podiatrist for 20 years and have experience in a large tool-box of hands-on manual therapies , specifically to address the variety of compensations caused by structural and bio mechanical dysfunction of the foot and lower leg .
These compensations then directly affect the biomechanics and movement of the knee, hip, lower back, SIJ , thoracic and neck.
This allows me to formulate individual treatment plans based on the individuals kinematics and bio mechanical profile , so that treatment and performance development is not just a one size fits all approach.
