Jessica is a thoughtful, kind, and compassionate Clinical Psychologist registered with AHPRA. She has been working in private practice since 2015 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to individual psychotherapy.
Jessica works with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and adjustment to life changes. She is trained in evidence-based therapies such as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, DBT, EMDR, and Mindfulness-based approaches.
