Megan Doutch (she/her) is the Director at CCM. Megan employs a collaborative, strengths-focused approach, and is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their therapeutic and life goals. During therapy, she mainly uses the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) model (parts-based intervention) approaches.
Megan’s areas of interest include: depression, anxiety, and stress; confidence, self-esteem, and self-efficacy; careers/vocational counselling; relationship and interpersonal (friendship) difficulty; workplace conflict; and life transitions.
Megan is offering Telehealth (video or phone) sessions, making it easy for you to connect to her from anywhere you feel most safe, during sessions - - CCM is an LGBTQI+ friendly practice.
