Hello I am Mary Stanley, Clinical Psychologist. I entered the Psychology profession as a mature age student after a senior executive career.
I am happy to see clients 16 years of age and older, including older adults. I have wide interests, with specific experience in helping clients recover from trauma, major life events and health related concerns.
I use best practice, evidence based therapies . I adopt a person centred approach based on your presentation and life experiences. My passion is to help you become your own therapist by improving self understanding and providing you with some practical skills to use in your life.
