I am a warm and empathetic therapist with a scientific, evidence-based approach. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and children, in therapy, assessments, and in groups. I offer a sense of trust, safety, good rapport, and high positive regard to my clients in all settings.
I think it is important to help adults, adolescents, and children navigate the complications and challenges of the modern world. Sometimes, this involves assessment and recommendations, other times this involves family-based therapy or individual therapy. I also believe that group therapy has an integral role in relaying skills and facilitating learning amongst peers.
