I am a counselling psychologist with more than 10 years of experience. I use eclectic approaches to counselling including mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy,
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and body based strategies (eg. yoga, EMDR).
My special interest area is female sexual health issues – I believe women’s sexuality changes/experiences challenges over the life span due to physical changes (eg. puberty, pregnancy, birth, menopause), medical issues (eg. cancer treatment, mastectomy) and past trauma. I want to help women become more confident, enjoy pleasures and communicate better with partner(s).
