Brooke’s focus is on enhancing wellbeing and performance by working with personal strengths and values and assisting clients to create positive change. Brooke offers neuropsychological assessments, 1-1 thinking skills and counselling sessions and classes based on principles of neuropsychology, ACT, motivational interviewing, CBT and positive psychology interventions.
