Beginning her professional career in 2006 as a domestic violence support worker and then counsellor, Lara has since worked as a psychologist providing psychotherapy to a range of client groups across Youth Mental Health, Family Separation, Sexual Abuse and Dysfunction, Domestic Violence and Offending and many other areas.
Lara has also worked in managerial roles and holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology in addition to qualifications in Counselling and Forensic Sexology.
Today Lara is focused on individual work for those feeling overwhelmed and wanting change but not sure where to start.
Lara particularly wants to work with clients who seek to know themselves better; understand patterns and blueprints from their childhood and figure out how to reinvent themselves to get the life they want.
