A safe, welcoming therapy space for gay men, where you’ll be seen, valued and accepted just as you are. Build deeper connections, strengthen your self-compassion, and create a life that feels authentically you. I work with gay men who are living with the lasting effects of trauma and disconnection. Many of the men I work with have spent their lives being the version of themselves that others needed them to be. Therapy with me is about becoming curious together about how your mind, body and history adapted to survive, and creating new options for how you want to live now. I’ve spent more than a decade helping men change their relationship with shame, self-blame and painful patterns that no longer serve them. Sessions with me are calm, collaborative and grounded in trauma-informed practice. I draw from Schema Therapy, ACT, EMDR, CBT and other evidence-based approaches. My role is not to judge or direct, but to stay curious about your experience and help build new possibilities with you.
