Fadia is a clinical psychologist known for her dedication and care towards her clients. She has worked therapeutically with individuals presenting with mood disorders, personality disorders, PTSD and complex trauma. She has extensive experience working with refugees therapeutically in issues of migration, grief and loss, identity issues, uprootedness, resettlement and compounded trauma.
Fadia works as a senior psychologist in private practice. She also held a senior counsellor position at Monash University and the Macedon Ranges community-based services.Fadia also worked as a lecturer, tutor and a research assistant at RMIT University. She has a number of publications in the field of mental health.
