I have worked in the field of child development, mental health, educational, developmental psychology and counselling for 17 years. I offer evidence-based psychological therapy tailored to the individual. I have worked as a Generalist Psychologist for 10 years. I have experience in counselling (depression and anxiety, stress, trauma, relationships, grief and loss and play therapy. I also have extensive knowledge and training, working with people with disabilities, and their families. My goal is to assist my clients to feel safe and nurtured, trusting in the confidential nature of what they share as they approach recovery.
