Holistic, client centered massage therapy.
I have been practicing massage therapy since 2012. I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage from CIT, Canberra. I have also completed certificate courses in pregnancy massage, lymphatic massage, myofascial, and functional cupping techniques. I am currently studying disability support at CIT Canberra. I maintain CPR/First Aid qualification and hold a Working with Vulnerable Persons Card.
My commitment to massage therapies stems from an appreciation of a holistic lifestyle and my natural instinct to assist others. I have a built-in curiosity to examine the complexity of the human condition, and how we function. I share this passion with my clients, empowering them to make an investment in themselves and achieve an improved quality of life. I utilise a combination of techniques in my massage therapy toolbox, to deliver balanced positive outcomes for clients.
