My treatments vary completely depending on your circumstance and what you are looking to get out of your treatment. Majority of my treatments have a focus on deep tissue and fascial release, though depending on your needs or wants a Swedish and relaxation approach can be taken or incorporate hot stone and myofascial cupping.
The people I have had the most success and experience with are athletes and performers, I have worked with musicians for years and have a solid knowledge of various specific instrument based injuries and symptoms. I am very focused on my fitness and training so long distance runners, professional fighters and riders will benefit greatly from my experience and knowledge in these areas, and of course after working in a high stress office environment for over three years I understand the physical, emotional and postural stresses that occur in this environment as well as how to effectively treat them.
