I have always had a passion for health and fitness from a young age. I started playing netball from during primary school and since then have really had an interest with the human body and how it moves and heals following injury. I started studying in early 2010 with an Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy and finished in late 2013 as a qualified sports therapist, Myotherapist and Personal Trainer. Since finishing Uni i have worked at various sporting clubs as a sports trainer and started my own business doing what i love most.
