I gained my Soft Tissue Therapy qualifications from the Canberra Institute of Technology in 2014. Qualifications include: •Advanced Diploma of Health Science (Soft Tissue Therapy) •Lymphatic Drainage •Kinesio Taping 1 & 2 •Myofascial Dry Needling •Myofascial Cupping •Pregnancy Massage •Sports Massage Areas of interest include; lower back pain, pregnancy and neck/headaches. I joined Canberra City Health Network in November 2013, whilst completing my studies at the Canberra Institute of Technology. Since completing my studies I have worked alongside Ainslie Football Club’s NEAFL Squad, UC Brumbies and the Canberra Raiders. With a passion to learn more, I have continued my studies and is currently undergoing a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science.
