Lisa Higgins is an experienced Vodder-trained lymphoedema therapist with more than 20 years of experience supporting people living with lymphoedema and lipoedema.
Based in Brookvale, on the Northern Beaches of NSW, Lisa provides compassionate, personalised care tailored to each client’s individual needs. Her treatment approach includes manual lymphatic drainage and integrative bodywork, with a strong focus on helping clients improve comfort, function and quality of life.
Lisa is passionate about education, advocacy and empowering people with practical strategies to better understand and manage their condition. She is also actively involved in the lipoedema community and brings a calm, professional and patient-centred approach to every appointment.
