I have been practising as a remedial therapist since 1992. My experience of operating the Griffith Massage Centre in Canberra, being a trainer with Om Shanti College and ACT TAFE, and working closely with the medical profession has cemented a wide range of skills and modalities in my kit bag.
I work to restore balance and reduce pain and empower a client to be skilled to manage their own body with stretching, breathing and knowledge.
My primary tools are myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and Onsen though I also use Bowen, relaxation, trigger point, and reiki when requested.
I work independently from my home, 9-5 Monday - Friday with Saturday by appointment.
I am HICAPS and insurance approved with Victorian Workcover and Comcare (ACT workcover) approvals.
I have full card payments facilities. I also offer yoga and meditation classes.
