Elvirah obtained her Undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Chinese Medicine back in 2007. She is currently taking her Master of Chinese medicine in Western University and is qualified as a remedial massage therapist.
She approaches her patients through a holistic perspective as a whole individual. She also does dry needling, cupping, and hot stone therapy. She is very interested in pre-natal, post-natal, musculoskeletal, endocrinology, gynaecology, paediatric and oncology treatment.
Musculoskeletal problems such as frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, neck stiffness, scoliosis, or rhomboid discomfort might be beneficial with a series of treatments. Headaches, TMJ syndrome (pain when open mouth to eat due to nerve pain around the jaw), tinnitus, digestive problems, adjuvant or palliative cancer care, and post-stroke treatment as well as disability care could be assisted through a combined therapy with dry needling, cupping and massage.
