Her massage training started at Nature Care in the early 80s. She has always had an interest in health and wellbeing originally training in nursing. Working in health clinics massaging she had breaks between children to retrain as a Remedial Massage Therapist through Meadowbank Tafe in 2016. Undertaking several trainings in Massage including Ayurvedic Massage. She can treat frozen shoulder, scoliosis, sciatica, plantar fascitis, reduce stress, and help with relaxation and pain in the back, neck and shoulders. She has a pregnancy table fitting, and can attend bed bound in the local area.Jo has been a Yoga teacher for over 20years trained in two schools with a wide and thorough range of experience. She worked for over twelve years in high schools teaching children, and the teachers out of hours.She continues to teach Yoga and run a massage clinic on the northern beaches as well as mobile massage. Fully insured and registered with ATMS.
