My past history of many years in the Fitness industry led me to include Remedial Massage Therapy 25 years ago. Employment has included working alongside physiotherpists and other health professionals in a rehabilitation setting. Outside work I have been a Sports trainer /Massage therapist for state and Aus Masters Hockey teams.
My Remedial Massage Therapy skills include Myofascial Cupping and Trigger Point therapy, stretches and strengthening exercise programs and Pilates equipment work as required.
