Peter has been involved with sports and fitness for his entire life. He has worked with the Western Bulldogs AFL team and specialises in deep tissue massage and Trigger Point Therapy. Pete is fully qualified in Kinesio Tape/Rocktaping for performance and recovery. He prides himself on taking a collaborative approach with his clients to fully understand exactly what they want out of a treatment.
He has a special interest in treating tennis/golfers elbow tendinopathies, wry neck, and shoulder impingements.
