I have worked in community health for 8 years in disability, neurological conditions, pediatrics, and now also in cancer, geriatrics and others.
Our aim is to improve your health, well being and quality of life through structured and individualized exercise programs. Group programs are also great for socializing and sharing your story with other patients going through similar conditions.
Strength and conditioning, aerobic fitness and balance training are our key areas of focus.
