Growing up, swimming has been a major part of my life. From the agse of 7 to 14, there wasn’t a day of the week where I wouldn’t be in the pool training. So even from a very young age, sports performance, strength and fitness has always been very important to me. This led me to studying Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Sydney, and then working as a personal trainer once I completed my degree. Throughout my career, I have been lucky to have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients. This has included athletes recovering from injury, people with acute and chronic conditions wanting to improve their overall health and wellbeing, & senior members wanting to improve functional independence. This piqued my interest in injury rehab and chronic disease management, and lead to me completing my Masters of Exercise Physiology.
