I am an accredited Exercise Physiologist and have always loved living near the beach. I studied Exercise Science at Victoria University, followed by a Post Graduate Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Ballarat University. I enjoy playing netball, keeping fit and going to the beach.
I have experience working in multidisciplinary clinics around the Bellarine Peninsula and currently at the Geelong Private Hospital. I have experience developing safe and effective home, gym, pool and group based exercise programs, for people with chronic disease, illness or disability.
My passion is promoting injury prevention, as well as assisting people with multiple co-morbidities to help them lead a healthier lifestyle. I also love getting people to enjoy exercise again or even for the first time, especially when they can see the results or notice a change in the way they are feeling both physically and mentally.
