Vanessa obtained a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science followed by a Post Graduate Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University. Her passion is providing clinical exercise rehabilitation for chronic health conditions to optimise her clients function to improve their quality of life and health. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings during her course including community health, outpatient rehab, private health and the University clinic. She is passionate about helping others, educating people on exercise and assisting clients to achieve their goals. Vanessa enjoys being active and has a keen interest in sport and dancing.
