Dr Maila has special interests in Chronic Care Management, Preventative Medicine and Wellness, Mental Health, Women’s and Children’s Health, Geriatrics and Counselling.
Maila completed her Medical and Family Medicine Degrees in the Philippines. She then moved to Singapore and completed her Diploma in Family Medicine at University of Singapore. She has over ten years of practice in Singapore in General Practice, Geriatrics and Rehabilitation. She then migrated to Melbourne, after over a year of practice in Sydney, and has been practicing in Australia for over 5 years. She recently became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Maila enjoys eating out and travelling interstate and overseas with her family.
