I enjoy helping people to understand how they can better enjoy good health, by improving their diet, mental outlook, exercise, and overall view on health. I am passionate about prevention of disease, through good diet and regular exercise, and love to help clients find the energy and passion to improve their health. Whilst I have a special interest in Sports Nutrition and treating Fatigue related illnesses, I am comfortable with treating most areas of ill health.
