Lee has over 20 years experience as an occupational therapist and psychotherapist in mental health services. Lee specialises in working alongside people to make sense of their difficulties and how they can recover or feel more able in their lives. Lee is a practitioner in cognitive analytic therapy (CAT) and is also a trainer and supervisor in CAT. Lee also uses cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, ACT and interpersonal therapy.
