I am a versatile osteopath who uses a broad range of osteopathic techniques varying from craniosacral to physical joint manipulation. I believe that having an understanding in all osteopathic techniques allows me to be able to provide a tailored treatment plan for each individual. Patient education is an important part of my treatments, this may include any necessary exercise prescription that may help better take care of themselves.
