Shannon became involved with Osteopathy after sustaining a netball injury when she was younger; she wanted to move forward and help others as she had experienced. Whilst completing her studies, Shannon worked in several fitness centres and with a local football club where she dealt with a vast array of sporting injuries and the rehabilitation involved.
Shannon’s treatments are tailored to the individual, encompassing a wide variety of techniques for all ages and conditions (babies to the elderly). She enjoys using additional qualifications to aid in her treatment including: Dry Needling, Pilates and taping methods.
Being raised in a sporting family, when she’s not at work, Shannon’s leisure activities include a netball background and triathlon training to compete with her husband and father, who have both completed multiple Ironman events.
She helps her patients move through their lives pain-free and as functionally as possible by using a wide range of osteopathic treatments
