Liz is a warm, genuine human being with a diverse life experience. Having lived in 5 countries she understands change, letting go and creating what you want.
She meets you were you are at, creating a safe space to explore with you what is stopping you from reaching your goals. Using the broad range of tools and techniques available to kinesiologists she releases blocks and helps activate your bodies innate healing powers to bring you into balance.
Liz is passionate about helping people to navigate life in all its glory and wonder whilst leaning into the hard bits.
