Ben‘s persistent and diligent approach to life has provided him with a strong skillset in his career as a physiotherapist and personal sports. Ben graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Physiotherapy and has strong experience working within private practice and hospital settings for post-operative rehabilitation and hydrotherapy. He has grown a love for assisting sports men and women in reaching their training and performances goals, helping injured workers get back on the job or gently assisting the elderly patient gain the strength and confidence they need to take on the world! Having been one of Australia’s strongest rock climbers for more than 20 years, Ben understands the nuances of balancing injuries and optimising performance. With a special interest in upper limbs from a background in climbing and tree-lopping Ben is keen to help every kind of person reach every kind of goal!
