Recovery. Prevention. Performance. is the philosophy I use to treat patients. I have an background in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and completed my Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. My background in Human Kinetics furthers my knowledge in the biomechanics of Human Movement. This allows me to look more globally at the underlying problem and the reasons why the injury occured in the first place. I have also developed manual therapy skills through my Masters degree and use that as part of my treatment to reduce pain, increase range of motion, and function.
I have experience in treating complex chronic conditions as I have worked in a Pain Clinic in Canada. These include complex low back pain conditions, complex regional pain syndrome, and persistent chronic pain and injuries.
