I am passionate about finding ways to help people create comfort rather than dysfunction within their bodies, and have done this all my working life. I have found that regardless of how long the musculoskeletal problem has been, it is very likely that good change can occur.
I also like to bring people together in their local communities to share exercising and as a result of this improving their life by being fit, flexible and strong. I do hands on treatment sessions from a relaxed but professional environment, and run Pilates and Yoga classes locally.
