I am a female physiotherapist and I have been practising in Riverwood for 15 years. I treat various conditions-Orthopaedic, Sports Injuries (in kids, adolescents and adults), Back & Neck Pain, Jaw Pain, Balance Problems and Work Related Injuries. I have a special interest in treating the shoulder (rotator cuff tears/reconstructions/frozen shoulders), the jaw and women's health (especially during different stages of their pregnancy). I use various physiotherapy techniques including manual therapies, dry needling and electrotherapies. Evidence based treatments are used. Exercises to improve motor control/core stability are given with detail instruction. I am now located in Riverwood Medical between Pizza Hut and KFC.
