Hi, my name is Rachel Nicolaides. I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from James Cook University, Townsville, in 2013. Since graduating, I have worked at Ayr Physiotherapy Clinic and Townsville Sports Injury and Physiotherapy Clinic. I am currently located in the Ayr clinic full-time. I treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as Women's and Men's incontinence and pelvic floor problems. I also lead our Physio Core and Better Bones and Balance sessions, which incorporate core and overall strength, balance and flexibility exercises. I have a special interest in treating neck and back pain, and have completed my Dry Needling qualifications. I have a hands-on approach to treatment, and strive to educate my patients on their condition, so that they can achieve the best results possible.
