Natalie attended Griffith University where she completed a Bachelor in Exercise Science then her Masters of Physiotherapy. Since qualifying Natalie has also completed further professional training in Paediatric & sports physiotherapy.
Natalie has nearly a decade of clinical experience, with 3 years being specifically paediatrics related treating a variety of conditions including torticollis, plagiocephaly, club feet, hypermobility & a variety of developmental concerns, with the rest of her time been spent in private practice where she has gained extensive experience as a Musculoskeletal therapist working with children, adults & sports teams.
Over the years Natalie has developed a particular interest in exercise based therapy as a means of improving muscle balance and stability throughout the body. She enjoys the challenge of creating dynamic exercises for children & adults that achieve this & give best possible outcomes in regards to injury recovery, prevention & optimal performance.
