Miss Lara Lopert - Physiotherapist Mermaid Beach

Lara has been a physiotherapist in private practice for the past 10 years with a wealth of experience and excellent manual handling skills. She loves the biomechanics of the body. To correct the underlying dysfunction a good knowledge and a keen eye for subtle changes is important and Lara has done post-graduate courses in this area. Lara is our Pilates instructor for our Reformer Pilates one-on-one sessions and classes. Lara has also completed courses in dry needling and biomechanics for a deeper understanding of muscle and joint dysfunction.
