Queenie graduated from Uni SA (2015) with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Her approach to helping people is to work with them to regain their movement, improve their wellbeing & reach their functional fitness goals with hands-on physiotherapy, posture & movement education as well as individual exercise prescription & dynamic core stability. Queenie has a special interest in treating post-surgical & orthopedic patients, chronic pain, back pain; including disc bulge, sciatic nerve pain & work-related injury, pregnancy, wellbeing & stress reduction, shoulder pain, postural pain, headache, upper & lower limb injuries, physio for teenagers, women’s health, keeping seniors active, tendon, ligament & muscle sprains, strains &tears & all types of sports injuries. She has been trained in advanced trigger point neuromuscular dry needling & has completed the McKenzie certified neck pain, upper back pain & low back pain treatment courses. Queenie teaches 1:1 therapeutic exercise & classes.
